eBay This is a rare prop playbill for "FUNNY BOY - A NEW MUSICAL VERSION OF HAMLET", produced by Max Bialystock in the Universal Pictures film version of the MEL BROOKS and THOMAS MEEHAN musical comedy success "THE PRODUCERS" which was released in theaters on December 16th, 2005. (The film was based on the Broadway stage production which opened April 19th, 2001 at the St. James Theatre in New York City and closed April 22nd, 2007 after 2502 performances.) ..... The film starred NATHAN LANE as "Max Bialystock" and MATTHEW BRODERICK as "Leo Bloom" (both recreating their Original Broadway roles) and featured UMA THURMAN, WILL FERRELL, GARY BEACH, ROGER BART, JON LOVITZ, MICHAEL McKEAN, RICHARD KIND, EILEEN ESSELL, DEBRA MONK, ANDREA MARTIN, JOHN BARROWMAN, BRENT BARRETT, KATHY FITZGERALD and MEL BROOKS .....
